WHAT IS JUNK FOOD

Junk food is defined as ‘’those commercial products, including candy ,bakery goods, ice cream, salty, snacks and soft drinks, which have little or no nutritional value but do have plenty of calories, salt, and fat. While not all fast foods are junk foods, such as salads ,may be low in calories and high in nutritional value. 

In our country india there are so many things to eat. Like burger pizza chips chocolates etc. but is these are healthy for us?  No because these things does not have proteins calcium . these are only things which can spoils our life. These are things are house of diseases. So we have to avoids these things and instead of these things we have to eat healthy things like chapaties vegetables salad etc because these things have proteins calcium .







TYPES OF JUNK FOODS

  1. cakes and biscuits.
  2. fast foods (such as hot chips, burgers and pizzas)
  3. chocolate and sweets.
  4. processed meat (such as bacon)
  5. snacks (such as chips)
  6. sugary drinks (such as sports, energy and soft drinks)
  7. alcoholic drinks.
